How do I schedule a turnover clean?
WhatsApp or call us with the property address, check-out time and check-in time. We confirm the booking and send you a reminder the night before. Most North Shore hosts send us their calendar at the start of each month.
Can you handle same-day back-to-back bookings?
Yes. Provided there is at least 3 hours between check-out and check-in, we can complete a standard 1–2 bedroom Airbnb turnover. For larger properties, we recommend 4+ hours. Contact us to confirm availability for your property.
Do you supply linen and towels?
We can arrange fresh linen and towels as an add-on, contact us for pricing. Alternatively, most hosts supply their own rotation of linen and we manage the changeover.
What does the Airbnb turnover clean include?
Full property clean including kitchen reset (dishes, benchtops, appliances), bathroom scrub, bedroom strip and make (with your linen), vacuuming and mopping throughout, and a guest-ready check before we leave. Rubbish removed and supplies restocked if provided.
Can I use ShineMasters as my Airbnb co-host cleaning service?
Yes. Many North Shore Airbnb hosts use us as their ongoing cleaning partner. We keep your schedule, know your property, and handle all communication directly with you.

How much does an Airbnb turnover clean cost?
Turnover pricing is based on property size. A 1-bedroom apartment starts from $120, a 2-bedroom from $150, and a 3-bedroom from $200. Regular Airbnb hosts receive priority scheduling and preferred rates.
