Do you offer ongoing commercial cleaning contracts?
Yes. Our primary commercial offering is a fixed monthly contract, we agree on scope, frequency and price upfront, then handle scheduling and confirmation without you having to manage each visit. Most contracts run on a rolling monthly basis with no lock-in.
Can you clean outside of business hours?
Yes. We offer early-morning, evening and weekend cleaning for commercial clients. Most office clients prefer a before-hours service, we are finished before your team arrives.
Do you provide tax invoices for commercial work?
Yes. All commercial cleaning work is invoiced with a detailed tax invoice, typically issued at the end of each month for ongoing contracts, or immediately after a one-off clean.
How do you quote commercial cleaning?
We visit the premises and provide a fixed price based on floor area, scope of work, frequency and any specialist requirements (clinical cleaning, high-touch protocols etc.). We aim to have a quote to you within 24 hours of the site visit.
Are your cleaners trained for clinical and infection-control environments?
Yes. For medical and allied health environments, we assign cleaners with specific training in infection control protocols and use hospital-grade, TGA-listed disinfectants. We document procedures and maintain records if required.
