BookingKoala
Our booking platform. Stores your name, contact details, property address, service history and access instructions. Data is used solely to manage your bookings.
Stripe
Payment processing. Handles credit/debit card transactions. Card data is processed and stored by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance. We never see or store your full card number.
Mailchimp (Intuit)
Email marketing. If you subscribe to our list, your name and email are stored in Mailchimp and used to send promotional emails and cleaning tips. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Google Analytics
Website analytics. Collects anonymised data about website usage (pages visited, time on site, referral source). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.
Google (Reviews & Maps)
We display Google Reviews on our website via Elfsight. Reviews are public and governed by Google’s own Privacy Policy.
