What affects the price of a clean?
Property size
More bedrooms and bathrooms = more time and a higher price.
Service type
Deep and end of lease cleans take longer than regular maintenance cleans.
Extras

Regular clients receive automatic discounts, the more often you book, the more you save.

Pricing FAQs
Are your prices per hour or flat rate?
All our prices are flat-rate based on property size and service type, not hourly. You know exactly what you will pay before the cleaner arrives. No hidden fees, no clock-watching.
Do prices include GST?
No. ShineMasters is not currently registered for GST. All prices shown are ex-GST, what you see is what you pay, with no additional charges.
Why is end of lease cleaning more expensive than regular cleaning?
End of lease cleaning is a full top-to-bottom clean that includes areas not covered in regular cleans, inside the oven, rangehood, cupboards, skirting boards, windows and more. It follows a real estate-approved checklist and comes with our bond-back guarantee.
Do you charge extra for weekends?
No. Our pricing is consistent across all days. We operate Monday to Friday, contact us if you need weekend availability.
Can I get a discount for regular cleaning?
Yes. Weekly bookings receive 10% off, fortnightly bookings receive 5% off, and monthly bookings receive 3% off. Discounts are applied automatically in the price calculator above.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a small fee.
What affects the price of a cleaning service?
The main factors are: service type (regular, deep, end of lease), property size (number of bedrooms), any extras you add (oven, fridge, carpet), and frequency. Our calculator factors all of these in to give you an accurate estimate.
Is the online price a guaranteed quote?
The calculator gives you a highly accurate estimate based on the information you provide. The final price may vary slightly if the property is in a significantly worse condition than expected, in which case we will always discuss with you before proceeding.
