Yes. We issue a dated tax invoice for every clean which documents the service performed. If a dispute arises, this invoice can be used as supporting evidence for bond claim purposes.

What is the turnaround time for a vacancy?

We prioritise agent bookings and can typically schedule within 24–36 hours of contact. For urgent vacancies on the North Shore, same-day or next-day availability is often possible, contact us directly to check.

Do you offer preferred rates for agents who send regular work?
